Jaspy Guide for Pros

To become a seller on Jaspy, please register as a Salon Owner. Fill out the registration form with all your details. Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions. By signing up, you agree that you've fully accepted them. Verify your email address. Your Jaspy account will be created. After that, complete your profile with the required information. After the account is verified by an Admin, you will be able to start listing your products. Congratulations and good luck selling!

Jaspy is more than a marketplace—Jaspy is a complete support system, equipped with the tools you need to grow, boost profits, and connect with a supportive community. When you join as a pro, you:

While the layout and design of your Jaspy seller profile are fixed and can’t be customised (like colours or structure), you can still personalise your page by adding your logo, header image, business description, as well as your shipping, return, and privacy policies. We recommend making the most of these options to create a professional, informative profile that helps promote your business.

As a Jaspy seller, you can list and sell products in the following categories:

  • Haircare
  • Skin & body care
  • Grooming
  • Nails
  • Professional kits
  • Consumables
  • Tools & equipment

Sellers warrant that all products listed and sold through Jaspy Marketplace are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose; compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards; free from defects in materials and workmanship; accurately described and not misrepresented in any way.

You can add products directly from your seller admin dashboard – just go to Products and click Add new products. From there, you’ll be able to select items, set your price and stock. For the full walkthrough, check out the video guide.

Buyers are encouraged to support their favorite local salon, not just shop based on price, meaning you can set any market price for your products. However, we recommend you avoid setting prices too high or too low—check similar listings to find a competitive rate. Setting an acceptable price and maintaining high seller ratings will help improve your chances to attract buyers.

Stripe is a secure online payment platform that allows you to accept customer payments via debit or credit card. To connect your Stripe account, go to the Stripe Connect section in your seller admin dashboard and follow the setup steps.

Jaspy isn’t just for marketplace sellers—the Community is open to all beauty professionals looking to connect, learn, and grow. Joining Jaspy gives you access to the Community, where you will have access to the tools you need for a thriving business, from a treasure trove of expert guidance and marketing strategies to podcasts and social media courses, from forums offering a space to engage in meaningful discussions, to networking and support. Even if you’re not using the Marketplace, you can still benefit from the knowledge, support, and opportunities that come with being part of a thriving, professional community.

There are 2 basic fees on Jaspy:

1. Subscription fee.

Members shall pay a monthly subscription fee for access to the platform. This fee is automatically charged on a recurring basis, starting from the date of initial sign up and renewing on the same date each cycle. When you register on Jaspy, select the type of account that best describes your role:

  • Salon Owner - £15/month
  • Solo Practitioner - £5/month
  • Product Supplier - £25/month
  • Service Provider - £25/month

2. Seller’s commission.

A commission will be applied to each product sold on the Jaspy Marketplace. The commission will be automatically deducted from the sale proceeds before the payout to the seller.

At Jaspy, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for both our sellers and customers. Below are the conditions under which commission refunds may or may not be issued:

1. Seller-Initiated Refunds.

If a customer requests a refund from a seller (for any reason), the seller is responsible for the full refund of the purchase amount. Jaspy will not refund the commission on that sale, as it covers the transaction fees and platform services provided.

2. Refunds for Platform Errors

If a refund is processed due to a technical error, system failure, or other fault caused by Jaspy, we will refund the commission on the affected sale. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and evidence of the issue must be provided by the seller.

3. Fraudulent Transactions

In cases where a sale is identified as fraudulent, Jaspy will refund the commission associated with that sale once the fraud has been confirmed.

4. Seller Disputes or Customer Complaints

If a refund occurs as a result of a seller dispute or customer complaint, we will not refund the commission unless the issue is directly tied to an error or fault within the Jaspy platform. In such cases, both parties may be asked to provide documentation or evidence to support their claims.

5. Cancellation by Jaspy

If Jaspy determines that a Seller account is in violation of our terms of service and the sale is cancelled as a result, the commission is non-refundable.

All products on Jaspy come from trusted sellers and are carefully selected to meet high standards of quality, safety, and performance—so you can shop with confidence, knowing you’re getting the real deal.

Buyers are not required to register to make purchases on Jaspy Marketplace. However, registered buyers may have access to additional features, such as saved payment methods, order history and delivery options.

If you have any questions, you can contact Customer Service by clicking the Customer Service button in the lower part of any Jaspy page. Sellers are responsible for providing Customer Service to buyers and responding to inquiries within two working days. You will receive the answer to your questions at your registered email address.
